- If a coach does not display the appropriate behavior on the sideline, remember ASK, TELL, DISMISS.
- ASK the coach nicely to "STOP" the behavior
- TELL the coach "Please stop or you could receive a yellow card", "That is enough coach", or whatever you feel is appropriate warning.
- DISMISS or Caution the coach if they persist, by showing them a yellow card.
Hopefully that will be it., but if they continue with "DISSENT" and question calls or are addressing you in a loud and obnoxious manner, or persist with inappropriate behavior, then show them a second yellow and then the red to remove them from the game. If they are the only coach, then the game is over!
